Of course I consider Mel Collins a Camel member, but he played with King Crimson (A big six band) so it couldn't be him.

...and it's also not Colin Bass

Thanks, I narrowed it down as hecwas probably the most prominent musician in Camel out of the ones who were left after narrowing it down.

Anyway, I've got a good one, probably quite difficult though, but I'm sure you're all up for a challenge, right?

Honestly, yes & no, the band he was in contained elements of Symphonic Prog, mixed in with other genres.
