I fell asleep thinking I'd lost.  Very exciting first taste of FF.  Thanks!

Ravens defense screwed me by scoring a buttload of points and making AJ Green a non-factor. Congrats Brian!

I don't know why I play fantasy football.  Fantasy football is like flipping a coin everySunday on whether or not to give yourself root canal.  It's too unpredictable a game to rely on such a short season.  When does the Prog Rockers fantasy baseball league open?

You know I think these guys are on to something.  How about a Fantasy Prog league where we have teams called 'labels' and stock them with up-and-coming bands, old veteran bands and singer-songwriters, then score points based on album sales or average album ratings, or number of concert dates?  We could add points for things like signing with a major label or having an album go gold/platinum or appearing at a major festival; and  subtract points for someone in the band going to jail or rehab, stuff like that.

At least the playing season would never end!

This was the reason I wanted to change the points for defenses a little bit. Still reward good playing like tackles for loss and 3 and outs forced, but curb the points so they don't outscore QB, WR, and such.... Still have not and will not change the points, but please everyone reconsider my later offer. If changed it will not affect the outcomes of week 1 matchups.

The defense points system isn't bad. Defenses should get a bunch of points for a defensive touchdown. They had a great game. There's no reason to make a defense inconsequential. You can't change it now. We drafted. I would have drafted a defense last given the new point system. Instead I spent an 8th round pick to take a top 3 defense. And then I even took a second defense.

I got you this week Anton. Our projections are off by only a hundredth of a point. It'll be exciting.

Thanks man. I really was shaking until that Ravens game.
Also I'm guessing IRL your team will have the better of mine, and that's gunna hurt more than any FF lossOuch

I think the Giants looked better losing than the Eagles did winning.

Well you win Anton. I started Cutler. I thought he would shred Green Bay's terrible secondary. Instead he's being annoying Jay Cutler and having an annoying Jay Cutler sh*tfest game.

^ Due to a hectic work schedule, this week, not only didn't I see a single play from last night's game but I'm just looking into it's implications on our matchup now.  Honestly, I wasn't even aware we were playing each other of that you have/started Cutler.  I'm confident my team will find a way to blow it, though.

Cutler was renowned for being a "gunslinger" I never got why people were enamored to hear that.
That implies he always looks to throw, and throw big, and thus be sh*tty alot. Ya know, slinging guns is usually less accurate than sniping.

Anywho

I didnt see the game but Chicago does have a terrible O line remember.

Starting to get a little worried about Rodgers value as a fantasy QB.RGIII is starting to look like a better option but I'll wait a few weeks.

Good luck in week 2 everyone!

Mr. Brees handling things nicely out of the gate.  Cool

And check out the Eagles' defense.  Shocked
