5.)Wind and Wuthering 4.)Nursery Cryme 3.)Foxtrot 2.)Trick of the Tail 1.)Selling England by The Pound I first heard Selling England by the Pound when I was about 12 and have loved it since, it really shaped my love for progressive music though I also love the era when Peter Gabriel just left and Steve Hackett still was in Genesis. Ripples has to be one of my favourite Genesis songs ever. Twitter @RyanElliottmu

5. Duke
4. Nursery Cryme 3. Selling England by the Pound 2. Seconds Out 1. A Trick of the Tail I noticed that everyone is listing just studio albums, but to me Seconds Out defined Genesis as one of the greatest bands of all time. |

Good one! Like your order too! Except "Nursery Cryme" would edge out WaW for the fourth spot for me...

Actually, I did my top 100 list on another thread but the post 1978 ones didn't even make my list. The Lamb and Nursery, though, were at the top. I find it intriguing to see how people are ranking the old Genesis albums in different ways. |
