I haven't listened to it yet, had it for a couple months...got too much music for a while there.
Hehe, I can relate.
Anyways I think I remember the first few tracks on that album being pretty good. I haven't listened in a long time though, I just borrowed it from the library way back in the day.

Stravinsky's violin concerto is boss, and so is Tchaikovsky's (definitely one of the hardest).
If you're all about some technical violin then you should check out Pablo de Sarasate's violin fantasie on Carmen, and the fourth movement is just bananas. Also, check out Wieniawski.

Sometimes the hardest part of writing is coming up with names for people and places.
I don't want to pinpoint this story into a specific historical or geological context, but nor do I want to go so crazy that it sounds like a fantasy. Whenever I have to name something, it halts my writing while I try to think of a name I'm ok with.

Gaz, don't think of a title until you've finished the story or else you'll finish it under the influence of the title.
I don't have a title yet. Usually when I'm working on a story, I just call it by the name of the first protagonist that I write about, or the first location, so that I have something to call it.
