The first 3 are pretty good from what I can remember.  Although this was in my phase when I liked Symphonic Prog more.  I prefer them to most Symphonic Prog bands though and I wouldn't call them neo-prog either.

The Tangent walk the line between symphonic and eclectic/jazz-fusion. They're under eclectic here.

Their first 2 albums seem to be in line with The Flower Kings material at the time (symphonic with lots of jazz mixed in). From their 3rd album onwards, they began to have their own sound, with much more rock, fusion, funk and Canterbury styles.
