also i love cressendos which is the funniest stuff to play in a song a cressendo or a breakdown cause it is fun to loose your mind during it or play over the top and feel extravagant. feel the flow of endorphins flow during when playing  the final minutes of All in a Mouses Night is like taking a drug or have a full endorphin kick . (if you know what i mean) Big smile

I had a hot dog at the Globetrotters game on Monday and at the Red Wings' game on Tuesday.  I've been eating like sh*t since Thanksgiving and my weight is creeping up to show it, even though I am still working out.  I really hoped that as long as I kept working out I'd be able to fall back on old bad eating habits, but that isn't the case.

Nope, gotta keep eating healthy. I'm only eating crap food right now because I'm taking a week off from being healthy, which I schedule for myself after every 10 weeks. Seems to work out well and I haven't gained any weight. I only eat maybe 2000 calories each day though.

i have a nice motto for two qualities which is the most important element in music i listen to (in all) and it is shortened to an abbreviation DC 

their is two (2) qulitys which = a successfull piece or song dynamics and climax, those two elements are very important

I hope to get back into the healthy eating swing after the New Year.  I'm just hoping that I don't do too much damage this weekend.

Band led by Ikey Owns, of The Mars Volta. Very eclectic album overall, no weak tracks. And a great female vocalist, Mendee Ichikawa.
