I remember listening to a track were a chicken or chickens were clucking and I found that quite funny. Does anybody here know what song that could be?? If I'm not wrong the band was german and no, the track I'm looking for is not the last one in Altona's Chickenfarm ) Thanks and Happy New Year!!!

Sorry. All I know is that there is a Hawkwind song with chickens clucking. But of course, they aren't German.

Thanks Snow Dog, I'm gonna check my Hawkwind albums... maybe the song is theirs, I may be wrong when I said a German band plays it.

Eighties album I think..early to mid. Sonic attack possibly.

only chicken clucks I found was at the beginning of this song by Ice Age but I am pretty certain that it isn't what you're looking for.

Some more clues:
The cuckls were on the opening part of the track, even maybe on the opening track of the album (70's)

Thanks for the suggestion! Sadly, that is not the song I'm looking for... as I said a bit later on the post, the track is from a 70's album.

I think the song "Down on the Farm" by Camel might have a part for chickens, but I don't really remember at all.

what few realize is clucking noises were standard on most German prog up until about five years ago, it could be almost anything

Well you can never have enough chicken clucking in prog. That and cow bell...
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I must say that the song I'm looking for has REAL chicken noises (at least for my ears), not made-up noises lol
I'm about to record my own voice doing those chicken noises in that album so that you guys know what I am talking about
