Yep. Rolling Stone listed her album 21 as the number 1 album of the year and one of her songs as the number 1 song of the year, so through the power of Spotify I decided to check her out by listening to 19. (21 wasn't available). I was underwhelmed.

I had never heard her before, so I decided I wanted to check out what all of the mainstream media buzz was all about. She seemed more "normal" than the other female singers that get so much praise from the mainstream so I thought that I might like her. She was OK, but if I am going to listen to female pop vocalists I think that I will stick to Sheryl Crow and Alanis Morrissette, both of whom I have previous relationships with, if you know what Vomps means.

I'm in need of a haircut anyway. Besides, if I don't shave it myself, my friends will immobilize me and shave it off.
