in this clip, the rhino lifts the buffalo 4 times from the ground one time in more then 5 meters and even cathes then buffalo on the way down and thrust it up some feet more

I think I remember reading that the African buffalo is the world's most ferocious animal, but I might be making that up.

I saw a video of some buffalo attacking lions and an alligator simultaneously. It was definitely epic.

Hippos are terrifying.

Roughly.  I do 5 sets with increasing weights.  So it was 12 reps at 110 pounds; 10 reps at 125 pounds; 8 reps at 140 pounds; 6 reps at 155 pounds; and then down to 12 reps at 140 pounds.

rhinos are also very kind, and these buffalos would be happy that two rhinos came for the rescue

That's impressive. I haven't bench pressed at all in over 3 years, but at that time my max was 190 and gave me a wicked headache.
