I am fine with the censor. I don't know why it's a big deal. If you don't know what f**k is when you see it written this way, then you don't need to know.
That's pretty much another way of saying that it's pointless. So, why can't it just be done away with?

My daughter told me off for saying crap once. I wish people would avoid swearing altogether at this site -- it's not uncommon for her to look at this site when I'm on it. My daughter seeing that banner ad with the crude language was bad enough -- I realise that the admin have no control over those, except for if M@X pulled them altogether, which aint gonna happen. I don't have adblock software on my iPod Touch, which I was browsing with at the time.

This is a progressive rock site, and I always figured progressive rock was at least in part about rebelling against typically held rock stereotypes and conventions. I'm all about rock in opposition, man, being opposed to so much in the rock tradition, even though I lead a very rock and roll lifestyle on the sanctity of my own soundproof basement cum pleasure palace. ; Just kidding, I don't even have a basement.

^Really, man? This is a ROCK site. Where's your rebellious spirit? We're supposed to be fighting the man, remember?
I can barely remember what I had for supper last night and the man has packed his bags, loaded them into the trunk of his battered BMW and is currently heading south in search of the American Dream, a fresh cup of coffee and a misplaced chord, but don't let that stop you, take up your keyboard and rise against greed and oppression, prise off the "8" key and flick that effing asterisk into the trash can of oblivion, reach for the unreachable, strive for the unstrivable, print for the unprintable, this is the here, the now, the never-ending tomorrow, the endless dot on the horizon where the thin lines marking sea and sand are smiling very peacefully and you can began to notice that we could be free, free I tell you, free from the man and his battered BMW, contents may vary, keep away from fire and small children, terms and conditions apply.

I just got an ad at the top of the page for a "Free 8lb bag of Go F*** Yourself".
Is there nothing that can be done about the ads using the F word at the top? Not that I find it offensive, but if the goal is a family-oriented site (one I agree with) then surely something can be done by the site to stop those ads which use bad language.
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

Can somebody get a screenshot please.
The free 8lb bag was a joke Tony. But I did keep seeing an ad with the F word yesterday. For some album I think. If I see it again, I will attempt a screen shot.
Disappears for 12 months then comes back leading me a merry dance!!
