More like 10+ times over the past 2 years...Doesn't anybody spend 15 seconds searching before rushing out and making a new thread? Or at least check the dates? People were complaining about this repost in 2009. This is even worse than the "most unwanted music" song.

It was posted a few hours ago and in in February of this year. This is not something that is so high quality it needs to be reposted every 6 months for the benefit of the people who wander into the fandom or the internet in the intervening time. It's not like it's hard to find.

And it doesn't even have a decent thread title so the next person who discovers it on their own can easily find this thread with the search and perhaps not make another one...

I believe he'd actually be a productive admin. Hell, he probably cares about the colour scheme issue on JMA I complained about 7 months ago (and quite a few members agreed with me), something M@x doesn't give a sh*t about, although he promised a solution.
