A very quick scan sounds like Mars Volta with a stronger presence of punk/hard-core.
More listening would be required but I'd start there where we have TMV now.
It isn't Crossover Prog for sure.

We voted to move them to Eclectic. Eclectic has a large backlog ATM, so it may be a little while until they are re-addressed.

Why hasn't this band been suggested to Post rock / math rock first?

If anything, it's not Eclectic prog.  From what I can tell, it's hardcore rock music with some experimental bits.  Am I missing something?
