I voted for U.Y.H.S. Jupiter is my favorite album by these guys but U.Y.H.S. was one of the first "hardcore"albums I heard and seeing them live in Austin in 2000,and talking with Steve Brodsky after the show, was one of the most memorable show experiences of my life. The album still stands as one of the most groundbreaking heavy albums ever released with it's innovative mixture of hardcore, metal, space rock and noise. To this day Juggernaut remains on of my all time favorite tracks.

It sort of depends which album you're listening to, but my personal favorite, Jupiter, sounds a little bit like Porcupine Tree with melodic hardcore elements-I would go so far as to describe it as "space punk." It has a few of the qualities from all their albums in it so I'd start with that one to know if they're a good band for you or not.

I'm pretty hyped on Cave In being an official band in the Prog Archives; I've thought that they should be here ever since I first heard them. This poll is just to sort of see where everyone is at regarding the band. What's your favorite album by them, and if you haven't heard them before do you have any interest in getting to know them better?
