I don't even know when it was implemented - PA seems to be an expert on promotions (or half promotions, in my case) without actually alerting the person. When I was promoted to PR I didn't get a notice, and same with my title change LOL

Yeah andy it's pretty great, it took Pat nearly a year before they finally kicked him off the ZART team like he asked.

I think it depends on the ISP, but it will always be within the same range because of your location. And if they suspect you're an alt, that would probably be enough. PA is small enough it's very unlikely there are multiple members in whatever town Solar lives in.
