he have to be badass to play with a perfectionistic band like Toto, which hahve high standards on their live shows, no slacking or slopyness, you have to be at the top of your game, but stil be able to have fun and enjoy yourself, Toto is more then a band, it is a family on stage.

I figured out why Takeshi Kovacs has the most plays in the ListeningRoom, he goes there when it's empty and plays 6 songs then leaves.
