USA (NJ) prog band 3RDegree have released a new 20th Anniversary single called “The World In Which We Lived (2011)”- an unfaithful re-imagining of the first song written by the band 20 years ago.  They have been playing the song with this new arrangement on stage since reforming at NJ Proghouse in April of 2007.

Please note, this song will not be on the next full-length CD, so the band encourages interested parties to check it out as a download. It is available on iTunes, Rhapsody, eMusic, Zune and all other well known download sites in the immediate future.  Lossless versions available exclusively at Bandcamp.  Buy anything at their website and this single is free.

This is the first new 3RDegree music (not counting their cover of “Going For The One” for the forthcoming CD tribute to Yes on Italy’s Mellow Records label) since they were January 2009's ProgArchives artist of the month with their album Narrow-Caster.
