Greetings from leadsynt,

I listen mostly to  Mike Oldfield, YES, Genesis, King Crimson, ELP, Pink Floyd,  the classic prog-rock bands and various derivations ... plus hard-rock bands like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Iron Maiden,   but also Celtic music and the first electronic music of the '70s (Kraftwerk for ex.)

Hi leadsynt, those are also my all time favourites too. Nowadays I enjoy also Dream Theater, Haken, Riverside, Porcupine Tree etc. I have noticed that there are plenty of young gifted musicians and bands nowadays.

Hi, sorry for my late reply ...  I like very much Celtic Music, the Chiieftains for example....  I like Morgan Magan from their 4th album, it's a tune by O'Carolan if I am not wrong... but I don't know much of his production.

Welcome - YES, Genesis, King Crimson, ELP, Pink Floyd...... this shows a great taste in music...
 
try also Hawkwind, Van der Graaf Generator, Jethro Tull, Riverside, Kraftwerk, Magma, Spock's Beard, Porcupine Tree, Ayreon and Star One.
