If I had to include Live Evil (which isn't really a studio album) it would be third on my list.

well hahah i think albums like Live Evil and TD's Richochet, or The Grateful Dead's Live/Dead are those albums whose sources may be live performances in public but were studio-assembled via cut n paste/editing
