My Little Pony would be awesome if there was a crossover with the Care Bears. And it would be hellishy awesome if there was a crossover with DinoRiders.
Neither. My Little Pony may be New Age twaddle as ACR puts it, but I don't have anything with Spongebob either. I grew up with the Flintstones, the Jetsons, the Thunderbirds and some Walt Disney stuff which is way better than all this post-decline crap.

Other - Yo Gabba Gabba (or most anything on Nick Jr. except for Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go, and all that). Its so peaceful, calming, reassuring, positive, and music-oriented. The inbetween 'commercials' are from underground indie bands playing children's music, specialized renditions of Bob Marley Songs, and half the shows are fully devoted to music in all forms form Jack's Big Music Show to Yo Gabba Gabba.
In fact, Nick Jr. is the only television channel I'd ever watch again.

what i like about Spongebob is that it is more adult then an actual child program it is very clear that the maker of it wants it to be both a child program like rugratts and other nickolodion child programs but also adds stuff which is more similar to the satirical shows like Family Guy, the Simpsons and South Park,
I will say Spongebob fall in the midle of the road show, it is very childish and hyperactive yet it also have many sofisticated, extreme stuff and odd humor which childs would not get or apreciate,
also Patric starfish is one of the most genius carracters made, he can be compered to sidekicks like Millhouse, Ralph Wiggum, the son in family guy and that guy which allways gets grounded in SP

true, it does have a lot of intelligent humor to entertain parents. I still find it pretty stupid though
