I get all ma fiber from oatz these days. Feels good.
I'm still finding it hard to get all the brotein I need though.

I get 5 pound bags of whey protein from my local market and it does the job nicely, though I used to just eat salmon and yogurt for protein.

Ah, nice. I usually just get mine from eggs/chicken breast/milk/salmon, although having to eat super proteiny meals for every meal every day gets old quickly. I might get some supps soon.
