oh lol

But I hear you, I hate being that guy...especially amongst friends but every time I lend something it gets lost, taken, or passed along to someone else "oh sorry I gave it Bob" and it slips into the void. Exactly, I always return everything in perfect condition.
I only trust 2 of my friends and my brother LOL

I don't even know what that is, so probably.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail just ended, I think Evil Dead 2 is next.

Yeah, I'm not watching that. But anyone interested should join the synchtube at 3pm CST tomorrow for pain.

I think it is ponychanners, mostly, so the chat is less than academic, what sort of pain is it?

This is funny as sh*t. I used to WORSHIP Metallica. I used to barely be able to stand Megadeth. Then, when I got a little older and heard St. Anger and the Load albums, I started getting sick of Metallica - then I heard Rust in Peace. I THEN started worshiping Megadeth. Then I quit metal altogether for months. Once I came back, I gave a good, hard listen to Rust in Peace and Peace Sells, then to Master of Puppets and ...And Justice For All. Now I really like Metallica (pre 1990), and f**king hate EVERY Megadeth album except Rust in Peace (which I like about as much as Justice for All).

So, I went full circle then back again. I can't name six Megadeth songs I care about when it comes to sheer songwriting (it's metal, so whoopers), but I can name six Metallica songs with compositional sides that attract me - one a single album. I'm not a fan, really, and I'd take Judas Priest, Savatage, Death, Opeth, Pain of Salvation, Ayreon, Devy, and maudlin of the Well over both bands, but when only comparing the two, I'd take Metallica's first four albums any time. I really don't give half a cock about Risk vs. Load or St. Anger vs. United Abominations or Endgame vs. Death Magnetic, I hate all those records.

haha Dustin you are crazy son!

Yeah I like Metallica up to AJFA.
Despite the jokes I think St Anger is ok....but not much more. Death Magnetic was good.

Megadeth only made like 3 and some bad albums out of 15 or w/e the f**k he made

Rust In Peace is the only one I'd listen to again today.

I actually do enjoy the newer Megadeth albums since The System Has Failed, but Youthanasia - The World Needs A Hero were all disappointing to me. With Death Magnetic I feel that Metallica is starting to get better, but I don't think they'll ever be good again.

Well, we're apparently starting with newborn cuties and working through G3 or G2 for about 3 hours, but I deserve it.

Points which I intend to participate in this internal website, that will not be one. Sorry.

Also because being away made me realize about lost time seeing people merely lamenting his miserable and unimportant earthly gain and that there is nothing beyond mental inertia. If I can offer you a suggestion, quit Tembo.

Yeah, I concur.

When it comes to Slayer, though, I wedge them between Megadeth and Metallica. Here's my personal rundown:

Metallica : Kill em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, AJFA
Slayer: Reign in Blood, South of Heaven, Seasons in the Abyss
Megadeth: Peace Sells, Rust in Peace
Anthrax : Among the Living, I guess?
Testament: Who cares?

I don't know too much about Testament, but I own Low and I occasionally dig the hell out of it. Their vocalist is such a man.

This conversation really puts Shred in its suggested context.

I haven't felt so thrashy in years.
