I've genuinely been depressed for the past 5 months.  To a serious degree.

I was away from home 24 hours a day for usually a few months on end!

no no no no not in a "moving out" state of mind. I'm totally fine with that. But leaving at 5 am and getting home at 10 pm isn't fun. I mean like coming home exhausted.
