I beggin to se results of my power lifting training, my arms look more like timber sized timber eh.... and my legs are hard as steel, but my stock is stil to big,. but my chest is also beggining to harden, + my back muscles and shoulders are nice

in two months im fitt as a fidle

They're basically releasing a new album on the 15th mensis domini.

And it's going to be free again. And also they said their albums are going to be always free.

The ironic thing is that they disabled the album download on the site in order to replace everything they had on it with the new announcement. LOL

I feel im a bit stronger then what I look like on the facade, im a bit round and not very fitt but i have good control of andrenaline, and know how to use explosive force when i do repetissions, but also much technique and breathing rythm

I pull weights in 7/4 time sig

, and doo bench press in 7/8 time sig (nah kidding)

but im quite energetic after workout, I have much energy and are easly charged, im a litle ball of intencety. well that is how I feel when im walking of from the gym,

physical training and the results after is incredible for the confidence. im more confiden now then what I was like a month ago. they righ diet is much to thank for. but also stubburnness and willpower helps to motivate

im making libertarian shred to my own training logg

new post each weak for my proggress, or degress

I could ask my non-PA finnish friend to make out what you said, but I will not do that

my non-PA friend is part Finnish and part Icelandic and speaks Icelandic, Finnish and Norwegian (since she have lived most here life here)
