thier is only three things genies can not do (or will do, not that they can't but the effor beheind it is to bearing
 
1. they can not kill (becouse they would not care, they don't have the capasety to care for a human that are not from their own dimension)
 
2. they can not force someone to love you (becouse that is a very messy magic, you are tricking fate. and are blindfolding destiny, which can lead to very bad things)
 
3. they can not raise people from the dead (not that it is imposible but it takes a price, and to mess with the force of enternety and death himself, needs powerfull magic, so much that the genie must use some of he's own life energy, like it sais to resterore a the dead, costs a praise, mostly in terms of enternal servitude or enternal curse)

I have jogged 6.97 kilometers around the lake, it was awesome, and it went slow but steady,
 
I almost ran on a swan or it ran on me, (swans are huge animals, you notice that when they comes out of the water, just imence, beutifull animals, gracefull, and DANGEROUS, they could kill any human under 10 year i think with ease)

well depence on the weather
 
when my health is falling down, i jog to keep me up on track, I prepeare my boddy to be ready for 10 km runs, which im capable to do when im in better shape, then now.
