Why this topic when this way? I work my ass off on these collages and It was always a great idea to share with the Fellas at PA... what's going on...!!!! |
There be haters (), but I must admit Abel, you may be overdoing it. You are cramming too much in one single image and I really believe you should tone down a bit. There's simply too much information put together in one place.
|
hey CCVP I hear ya!!!
the problem is that collages are what they are . A collective of tons pictures all together tha most of the time doesn'r make sence but just art.t. At least I try to give it a meaning. Also I can't help because if I forget a band I get shot!!!!!! I try to hard to find the right spot for the bands in the collage. That isn't a easy task believe me!!! But I hear you.!!! I do like the collages that has the less images the most. like my elp, DT, PF and PT.
When I doing a collage for many diferent prog bands and rock bands it wouldn't be a simple collage.

I agree that there are too many things going on. But what I actually like is that you use your friend Maguita as a focus, thus making a clearer composition. Maybe you should think more along those lines? (And don’t forget the golden ratio!)
Btw, I’m no good at guessing covers, but Genesis Live is definitely in there.
