I've noticed that all day today the progressive ears website has been down. Is this just a temporary issue? I'm a member on there too although I've been bored with it lately. Stil, I like to check it out but today I couldn't even see the front page. Does anyone know what's up with it?

It maybe that the site crashed or someone hacked into it or something

Weird stuff has been happening on there lately. I was going to post about it, but I thought it wouldn't be right to discuss one prog website on another. Someone should do some heavy-duty repairing on that site to keep stuff from happening. On April Fools Day, everyone had to log into PE

I'm a member of PE forum too, in fact I'm on the forum there fairly frequently. Hope they are back soon. I haven't visited this forum in quite some time, so I'll check it out while PE is down.

Why? The two sites aren't in competition with eachother. There probably isn't much connection between the two other than sharing an interest in the same kind of music but I have no reason to believe either site cares if one is mentioned. It's not like cheating on your wife or something. ;)

I don't remember needing to log in on April Fool's day.  I only remember the dumb post about Phil Collins rejoining Genesis.

Anyway, this is probably just a temporary thing. I think I'll hang out here more often now anyway.

I had problems getting access to PE on 1st April 2011 and kept getting a strange message. I assume it was some sort of virus, spyware or malware.
