yes you're right ,i got a dvd and he's incredibly good
Make that three of us! I've long thought that he would be an astounding guitarist in a band like, well, Yes for example!
Mac's previous guitarist, Bob Welch, was no slouch either!
And it was Mr. Welch who hooked up with Tull ex-bassman Glen Cornick to form a little group called Paris. By the way, Buckingham is very good, but he is prog irrelevant.

Hi,
Just thought of another one ... and it was on my CD player while driving and ... man ... did I love listening to it ...
The two guitarists in Djam Karet ... and how they work together so beautifully ... they may be inspired by Robert Fripp, but this is Djam Karet, not King Crimson or Robert Fripp! And it's way better and more enjoyable in my book. Much more consistent in its being completely out of town and doing different things.
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told! www.pedrosena.com

I've never been very impressed with Djam. Very derivative and...well...boring. Not overly impressed with any of the guitar solos I've heard either. Perhaps it's just the 2 CDs I've heard (The Ritual Continues and The Devouring), but the band seems to grab snippets of KC, Jeff Beck or Zappa and...ummm...simply replay something from somebody else who did it better the first time. Perhaps they should attempt to sound like themselves rather than somebody else.
Maybe even get a vocalist occasionally to break up the monotony.

Which is what I said at the beginning - Full circle!

I worded my statement about Buckingham in the wrong order.I meant to write "but is he prog relevent?"
