I love the sound of rain.
I do too, but it depends on the conditions. It's been raining a f*ckton today but it's also overcast and cold and dreary outside.
If it was like what monsoon season used to be when I lived in Phoenix, where it was very warm, a strong breeze was in the air, it was cloudy but still bright, with a steady rain falling... oh man that is more beautiful than so much music.

It still boggles my mind how Pain of Salvation can go from such an incredible piece of music (Remedy Lane) to such a mediocre album (BE) in such a short time span.
Each album only got better up to Remedy Lane, and after that point each album just took another dive...

Pretty much everything up to Remedy Lane is worth checking out... Remedy Lane and their debut Entropia are nothing short of phenomenal. Truthy you would love this album, the music is fantastic and the lyrics are wonderfully poetic and at times very beautiful.
