This is fantastic.

Yes. LOL

I believe that's for the protection of the congressmen. Recently there have been an investigation about "crimes against vulnerables" (children) and not rarely important people were arrested on the basis of having sexual intercourse with minors for money. The most gruesome case in my opinion happened @ Amazonas, where a deputy was arrested for having sex with a 8 month pregnant 10 year old. Stern Smile

I also have a former Togolese International as player-coach too.  He's about 35/36 now and still pretty decent, even if his stats are decreasing.

When the AC Milan crowd drop they make for great Coaches especially Inzaghi who usually becomes a decent manager in my long games I hired him as an assistant eventually when I had Leeds in the prem

I managed to get Chris Perry from Southampton when he was about 32/33 or something.  His stats were amazing for the league I was in (Hellenic League, I think).  He ended up becoming a coach for me (he's not very good at it) and then decided to go and manage Chertsey Town.  He considers me a potential friend and I'm on his favoured list.  I may try and get Sylvain Legwinski back again... he's long-since retired since his time at my club but I think he's an unemployed coach now.

Oh and my captain is 19 (he was captain at 18).  He's my favourite player, despite not being my best.  He's still developing but he won't ever get amazing (about 1st/2nd Division level, I'd say, maybe Championship at a push).  He did play a game for Scotland Under 19 but hasn't been picked since... and he's 19 now, so I'm hoping he'll get picked for the under 21s.  However, he's an Attacking Midfielder and for some reason the Scotland coach doesn't use them.  Damned 4-4-2!  I've always liked playing a guy behind the two strikers.
I've never had a decent successful 4-4-2 my best season was with a 5-4-1 which actually got me more goals than I ever did with 6 in attack

I also never used wingers.  Don't ask me why... I just prefer playing through the middle.  I find I get angry when my full-back or central midfielder out wide puts a crap cross in.  So a nice through ball is great.  I play a short and slow passing game (yeah, a wannabe Barcelona) but I don't push up my defence.  However, when the game starts, I usually set it push forward, play down the middle, pass-to-feet and play into the box and that usually works wonders.  If I then score, I set my play-style to Overkill (that's not the turn they use) and Take More Risks.  Mmm.  Only my defence is more vulnerable.

I managed to get into the Quarter Finals of the F.A. Cup and lost 5-0 to Manchester City (it give me an idea of what level my team is -- especially as I beat 2nd/1st/Championship teams on my way) when in the Southern Premier.  I've won the F.A. Trophy twice.  The V.A. Vase twice (maybe even three times). LOL

I felt guilty once when I giant-killed a 1st Division side and the manager got sacked afterwards.  Oops! LOL

Oh, my formation is 4-3-1-2.  I usually have the central midfielder as a DM/CM so he can drop back into a 4-1-2-1-2 if need be.  He's also my playmaker and one of my best players.

You're probably well versed in pedo-pr0n while I know nothing of it, so I won't contradict you.

By the way, hiring coaches from abroad is a good way to go in the lower-leagues, however bad they are, 'cause they open up possibilities of players coming in from those countries (and any others that coach has listed on their profile page).

And yes, work-permits piss me off.  I had a Ghanian (he may have been Nigerian actually) guy on a 4-week trial 'cause I couldn't see his stats.  He was amazing (stats wise, he had mostly over 10s, some even higher) and wanted to join my club for silly wages (I mean for like £90 per week LOL).  He was only 18.  Yet I couldn't get a work-permit for him.  Now if I had a Belgian feeder club, all would have been well!

F.A Cup runs are the hardest for me I rarely get passed the quarters whichever league i'm in But i do usually win the League Cup by being the only team that really goes for it. Managed to beat Liverpool in the final 2 years running as Leeds both in promotion Seasons which always felt goodBig smile
I find it hard to get a decent DM when in League 1 and below but maybe i'm just not looking hard enough for me i always go 2 in the middle and one behind the striker with wide midfielders.
I always keep the defence deep now since i lost so many games to counter attacks over a season

I don't really use DMs on their own, hence why I buy DM/CM if I can.  I usually have issues finding left-backs.

I'm actually having issues finding decent youth players at the moment.  The really good ones are too expensive and the free ones aren't going to develop well enough for my 1st team.  I have a terrible youth setup, so the players that come in are usually not even good enough for Sunday League. LOL

I've got a 1000 all-standing stadium and I'm hoping to get a new one, or an expansion when I get to Division 2.

Oh, only one striker?  Hmm.

What I need is an AM/ST so I can push him up front.  But as my AM is my favourite player and I don't want to retrain him, I'll have to make do.

My other AM is actually better than my 18 year old captain and may start getting games soon, as the loan AM I had from Chelsea has left I didn't want to extend his loan as I felt guilty about not giving my other two guys games (one of who is Thorgan Hazard, younger brother of Eden Hazard).

I have no idea why Carlo Ancelotti wants to be my friend but if it means being able to potentially get some good loans in and then perhaps full-time players, I won't complain.

I hate Chelsea. LOL

That shouldn't be too difficult.  They're a decent side.

My first game was playing as Western-super-Mare but then I discovered that Mod and found my local village team on there and couldn't resist!

Oh I forgot to say: I have Robert Prosinecki as a coach. Big smile  He also happens to be a coach for Croatia as well.

Start database, I'm fairly sure.  All that was added to the mod were teams below Blue Square South.  Not all have real players but some do.  My team didn't, of course.

A lot of my players a regens now too, 'cause I buy youth players mostly and I'm in 2014.
