Well I'd be kicked out.  I can't think of any possible reason a beard would be against any dress/grooming standards (assuming it's trimmed regularly).
According to ESPN this morning "he had sexual relations with his girlfriend".

Oh, the horror! LOL

I know this story is sort of an automatic WTF, but it's BYU, you know the rules and code of conduct going in.  If you want to sleep with your girlfriend you should go to another school.
Good chance at 6 foot 9 he didn't have a girlfriend until he became a basketball star on a nationally rated Top 10 team, and by that point it was too late to change schools.

Dog Years is the only Rush song that I have problems with, and even then it isn't that bad of a song, the lyrics just make me cringe.
Out of all their albums, you have problem with just ONE song? Shocked
I am the ultimate fanboy.  It took a while to get past Geddy's screech on the first 4 or 5 albums, but they don't bother me any more.  Aside from the lyrics on Dog Years, I pretty much love everything else that they have done.  "Net boy, net girl" from Virtuality isn't their finest hour and neither is "Tough-talking hood boys in pro-team logo knock-offs" from Test for Echo.  Basically, Test For Echo has their biggest blunders to my ears, but it is still a really good album.

Probably Coltrane. Did you see that Anna Calvi's twitter account was hacked early this day?

I haven't listened to Test For Echo nearly enough.

I have never minded Geddy Lee's screeches Big smile

Scott is a bigger Rush fanboy than me that's for sure.

I used to be a big Rush fanboy like that a couple of years ago, but then I started listening to avant.

I'm listening to it now, just because of the discussion. It's the Rush album I've listened to the least.

More Coltrane from my perspective, but I'm not being particular, it's a very general idea. We all Shredders must unite to rise up and transcend this plane of existence. We must become beings of pure energy (and Charlie Sheen).

Mass is energy Henry. We already are.

LOL  It's a Mormon school, I thought it would be implied.

But they're bigamists.  What do they care? LOL  Maybe they'd accept sleeping with multiple girlfriends?

I must have seen that interview 4 or 5 times by now. It's just spectacular.

That is a different branch of Mormonism.

Avant does very little for me.  It is supposed to mean some sort of prog ascension I suppose, but I just don't get the appeal.
