The power of this statement has helped make up my mind.....Thanks Dog! I cannot get over two other issues I was mulling over last night....
1. Genesis has two albums in the top 5 on this site.
2. KC claim to fame comes in the bottom 5....
And also what a lineup
Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford, Steve Hackett.....amazing!
Genesis.....regardless of the vote they are #1.

GENESIS Fripp is a great musician and experimenter but he's far from being a great composer . Influential art doesn't mean beautiful art . I like KC but there is only one band I would prefer to Genesis - VdGG .

Looks like us Yes fans are getting a chance to get even with Genesis for ROBBING Yes of their victory. Unfortunately, I can't contribute to that movement, as I'm voting for Genesis here anyway.

It seems like all Genmans totally ignore Collins and Wilson eras. Or they like it.
I like King Crimson among others because they had never fallen into Pop Music.

I'm a "Genman" ( I think so anyway) and I didn't ignore Collins era. I voted Genesis because I like all era Genesis. Other Genesis fans of course have their own opinions.
Just stop going on about the same point over and over. We get it.

You´re not right. And I mean you´re even unfair! Is it prohibited to express my own opinions? Although sometimes controversial ones, I have to admit.
