KC is more innovative than Genesis ever was but i still voted for Genesis because they were better song writers.

Well, this is teribbly difficult. My vote goes to Genesis since they are enough to define the term progressive rock (at least with their works till 1975)

Really don't mind if you sit this one out.

Hard call, but Hacket-era Genesis moves me more than KC. Purely subjective response.

Pleasantly surprised, had fully expected Genesis to be running away with this one when I came in to vote. This site must have changed a lot from what I remember it to be not so long ago. Voted for KC.

I'd like to make a suggestion that, in future, we ban all Yes fans with less than 20,000 posts on the forum from voting in future polls, so as not to skew and alter the result of otherwise fairly straightforward polls

1. Just because somebody prefers Yes to Genesis does not mean they don't happen to also prefer King Crimson to Genesis; there is nothing skewed about that.
2. How can you define a Yes fan? And in any case, many Yes fans are also Genesis fans.
3. Number of posts does not equate to intelligence, right to vote, value of opinion.... anything really, other than how frequently you are on this website.

I seriously thought Genesis would be winning, not by much, by nonetheless, winning.
Genesis, all the way.
I hope that Rush can beat Pink Floyd

I hope so too, but I don't think they have a snowball's chance in hell.

It'd be amazing if they could.
But, it looks like it'll be KC and PF...the two I enjoy the least from the top 4.

It wasn't stupid. He's just poking fun. You don't have to take it so seriously. Jeez.
