Hope you like that.... it's NOT Fusion nor Rock though...

I really like it.

It was a lot to digest on a first listen, that's for sure! LOL

I liked bits and pieces of it, but as a whole I wasn't too impressed. It'll surely need a few more listens.

That's what I would have thought, just in case, you know that I didn't recommend that to you.Wink

Is that your first RtF album, right?

Yes it is.

BTW I listened to Miles Davis' Jack Johnson album last night... it's awesome! Probably my favorite I've heard from him so far.

I told you to start with 'Romantic Warrior', but now that I know you're getting along well with fusion and jazz, you can also start with my favorite, 'Where Have I Known You Before'. None are alike the debut.

Oh, and glad you really liked Jack Johnson! It's a blast!

Yeah I intended on starting with Romantic Warrior, but I saw this at an insanely low price, so I snatched it up.

And about Antoine... it is kind of weird that it was his avatar, isn't it? As you mentioned, he didn't really like the album very much.

Had my first listen like a year ago, haven't touched it since LOL I don't even remember it being necessarily bad.

Hawk, I'm assuming you've taken a picture of every album you own?  How long did that take/how many pics do you have?

Yesterday I listened to this for the first time...

Definitely a good album, not so well known as of yet, which as far as I am concerned is just a sign of how much good music is actually coming out these days, that stuff like that can be missed for the most part. Perhaps not a 5 star album, but my first impression is a high 3 or a 4 star album, even though it's around 100 minutes long. (Usually long albums have a hard time breaking the 3 star mark with me).

Also listened to this for the first time tonight...

I must admit that it took me a while to get to this because I wasn't too huge on Mirage, the only other Camel album I've heard, but I found it cheap and knew it to be instrumental. I must admit, I enjoyed it a lot more on the first listen than I expected to, and it seems likely to grow on me.

Same here.  I've also always wondered why the album cover is his avatar if he dislikes the album, but that's another question that will never get answered.
