pink floyd - comfortably numb, shine on intro
genesis - firth of fifth
david minasian - ballad parts
I am more prone to cry watching bands play...
I saw Pink Floyd Australian tribute band and after the final solo in Comfortably Numb everyone stood to their feet, that brought tears. Also as soon as they played the guitar intro to Shine On I had shivers and tears.
On the TSONGAS DVD of Yes, after And You And I, I am a mess too.
Pain of Salvation move me too in parts of their DVD as do Porcupine Tree.
Riverside's DVD at Paradiso is very moving.
Neal Morse's TESTIMONY DVD really moves me to tears too.

Not quite but the end of Supper's Ready by Genesis nearly gets me every time
And the only way I'd cry over any of the tracks you listed is if someone actually forced me to listen to all of them more than the 2 or 3 listens i needed to establish that they are terribly sh*t sogs.

Rush "Time Stand Still"
I discovered this song as I was graduating from college, it really struck an emotional chord for me as I was entering a new phase in my life, one in which I was unsure of the future. I remember when I had packed up all my stuff and leaving the city where I went to school... I was driving my car and tears started to form as I listed to the lyrics combined with such a beautiful melody.

I remember my dad took me to London to see the Foo Fighters back in 2007, before I was into prog, and he found out MT's Wishbone Ash was playing too, so he let me listen to Argus while on the plane. I remember leaning on the window with tears in my eyes during the guitar solo for Throw Down the Sword.
Also, Phideaux's last brought tears to my eyes but I did not cry them, though that last chorus is too powerful.
Gnidrolog's I Could Never Be A Soldier brought me to tears one time, but I was during a weak state. The power in Colin Goldring's voice is amazing.
And of course, Gentle Giant's On Reflection, my second favorite song ever (after Throw Down the Sword, and before I Could Never, ironically), made me cry, during Kerry's vocal part.
