Björk isn´t in PA, I don´t know why. Kate Bush is in Prog Related subgenre, that means not Prog at all...

Stella Vander isn´ t too significant for order to this list.  The same governs about Miss Holmgren, because Anglagard was mostly instrumental band.

That´s not about vocalist only. Barbara Thompson didn´t  ever sings but she´s excellent sax player (and strong person) for example.

Let look, Prog Rock (and Rock generally, in fact) is a quite masculine matter. And a little bit of women is a lucid exception here. I´m glad for this fact and I wish more girls and ladies in Prog!Clap
 
My choice is Annie Haslam of course.
