I will go to do something and the screen will glitch up, then the blue screen will come up with an error, not always the same one, or maybe none at all. And then it restarts and it works.

Oh you mean my OS? Windows 7 Pro.

Also, it only started doing it after I got a new video card, memory, and hdd. I don't know what causes it, I haven't took the time to try and fix it.

Take each one out and test to see what the problem is.
It's probably not the HDD, so make sure all the drivers are updated and make sure that you got the right RAM installed.
