Voices UK DT fanclub "Romeavarium" bootleg DVD?

   Does anyone know of a live Dream Theater concert bootleg DVD called "Romeavarium"?  I read that the Voices UK fanclub had it available for members.  It is supposed to be from DT's Octavarium tour in 2005/2006 live in Rome.  I would like a review of it please.  I would also like to know where I may purchase a copy.  I hear it is supposed to be among DT's greatest live performances on DVD to date.
