For me, there is nothing progressive i would like played at my funeral, but i would very much like the Adagio movement of Anton Bruckner's 9th Symphony

Floyd - The Great Gig in the Sky followed by Any Colour you like. And perhaps ELP - Trilogy which ends on a more happy note.

"Hamburger Concerto" by Focus.  It's got absolutely nothing to do with death, loss, grieving, or anything at all - but it's got the best ending of any song I've ever heard, and I'd like those climactic final three minutes of Focus' "Concerto" to be the last snippet of music that anyone ever associates me with.
"I am the one who crossed through space...or stayed where I was...or didn't exist in the first place...."

Starless by King Crimson. I've thought about that a lot lately, not cause I think I'm gonna die soon, but when I listen to the song I just feel it. Or something like that.

i'll rather take it as an epitaph for my friends and family.
maybe any of those:

closing time -  semisonic(not prog, but i loved it!)
a change of seasons, and learning to live - DT(ok, for a 45 min. funeral will be ok!!!)
Trains/the sound of muzak -  Porcupine tree.
the big puzzle - the flower kings
staralfur - sigur ros.
high hopes - pink floyd.
the lonely view of condors - sieges even.
the black page(new age version) - frank zappa(the version of make a jazz noise here.)

songs I DONT want in a funeral for me(assuming i can attend one!!):
Dust in the wind (very obvious )
a tout le monde - megadeth
cementery gates -  pantera
in the end - rush/the doors.
