^There was one super awesome track on that Gire album, the rest were pretty good to. I think it was the third or fourth. I need to give that another listen sometime.

The third track is f**king amazing. The rest of it is pretty decent too - and it is free.

(Yes, good music, and free Henry)

Uaral is probably my favourite free album I have. Remember to give that a Yes vote, Any Collab You Like.

Its a BEAUTIFUL album... But not metal, and the out of place growl vocals really put me off of it... instrumentally beautiful though.

The growls are what make it interesting for me, seriously, it is classical/neofolk album, with gutteral growls that would make Mikael Akerfeldt bow with respect.

The vocals are an instrument to me, and thus make it experimental metal for me.

Even if it isn't really a metal album, I still think it belongs in Post metal. I think it would be a little misleading if it were placed under prog folk, I certainly wouldn't expect to find growls in a prog folk band.

ARGH, you're getting like James! Just say the name the first time time!

HURT LOCKER GOOOOO! Person, you should watch it, it's a pretty good movie.

Rico, when you did said spoilers, does that mean you seriously watched the whole broadcast? Because that would be retarded.

Semi-related to Hurt Locker: I am watching Generation Kill because of The Wire associations, it's pretty good but not great. It suffers from the same problems as the first season of The Wire: they have to put so much work into establishing the characters the plot the enjoyment of actually watching it is a little weak. But Ziggy in Iraq is killing me.

I'll try it, but all I saw was a bunch of IEDs.

Wouldnt you expect distortion and drums in a metal album, or even a rock album for that matter though? The vocals are where TEH PROGZ come in.
