I purposely didn't watch that.

*twitching again hearing spoilers* But she was actually great. Throwing with frying pans and stuff: hysterical. There's also no competition. What actual supporting actress talent?

Was The Hurt Locker good? My sister was streaming it on Youtube and all I noticed was a bunch of bombs and soldiers and stuff.

I thought it was "war, again" kind of a movie, but it's actually pretty good. Tough shell stuff, rarely slipping into moral BS.

Well, pull an all-nighter then. Just make sure you have coffee, and music you can't sleep to.

I don't understand how "maths" work. I only know how it works in the US.

Bad idea. Sleep a bit, then do work.

So kind of like the Normandy Beach scene in Saving Private Ryan?

Only bad if you fail/don't get the required mark. You can't be picky less than 24 hours out.

Although, I'm not sure I remember the Normandy Beach scene, as much as the animated meme based on it.

There's 5 maths classes:
1. Specialist (Ridiculously smart)
2. Methods (Also super hard, but manageable. Thats what I'm in)
3. Applications (Mid level maths, what most kids do)
4. General (Same as above but easier)
5. Modified (Special Ed. maths)
I have to get a GPA of 3.0 coming from Advanced to get into methods, but I got a D in the last semester so I was going to get filtered into Apps, but I got added to methods anyway. You get given a GPA which you need to perform to for each assessment item every semester, and if you don't make that you get dropped to the lower class. The lower classes marks don't scale as well (which means they don't come up as well on the University Admissions index) so if I get a 65 this semester in Methods, its the same as getting an 80 in Apps. Thats basically it.

They try to basically force the kids who don't do well in high scaling classes down into the Accredited packages so they don't damage the school's overall mark.
Also, 11511 posts.

You missed an apostrophe, tsk tsk. OK, now I get it, I still don't know what subjects you study under each class, but I get the idea.

^Specialist and Methods are both algebra based, specialist does more at a faster pace.
Apps and General are all number based, and apps moves faster and does more like above.
No idea what they do in modified.
Also, my english teacher wrote 'appendixes' on an assignment sheet, so don't lecture me about Grammar

I used to screw up every single math exercise by forgetting minuses. What math class do I fit in?
