I agree, I can't listen to the vocals without smiling, and the acoustic guitar is very pleasant.

Folk/Satie-esque music with a guy singing with a bad case of Chilé swallowing.

Some parts are. It sounds like a nice album to listen to on a rainy day.

Am I supposed to be bopping my head in time to this? LOL

I would call The Final Cut depressing, but I'd say Uaral is gloomy.

Yeah TFC is pretty depressing in more than one way. Anyway, I see your point, but I would still consider Gloomy, Melancholy or whatever you wish to describe it as depressive. Generally considered, music like Uaral is pretty downcast in any sense.

This track actually sounds like Eric Satie.

You need to respect your elders.

The Bends/all of the other Radiohead albums I own > Ok Computer.

I haven't really figured out exactly where I stand with Radiohead.  I like them well enough, but they are fairly low on my list of favorite bands.

I love croissants.

Anyway, OK Computer is the only album I presently really like from them.  In this case though, I find it a masterpiece.

Amnesiac is good, too. In Rainbows is a cold artefact, as a studio album, but when I heard a (sort of) live version, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

That leaves Hail To The Thief for me to discover.

I thought there was a proper album download for it, rather than just individual tracks?
