Zappa's quality went downhill after the 60s. The only ones I ever listen to anymore are Absolutely Free, We're Only In It for the Money, and Freak Out.

Well, your opinion is ENTIRELY different from mine.

I'd even take his 80s over the 60s, and 70s easily over both of those.

Ok, I have a $40 itunes voucher. What should I get. Seeing as there are no decent record stores within 150 miles, I need to make the choice(s) relatively good.

I'm thinking along the lines of Agalloch's The Mantle - that kind of thing.
