What is wrong with squonky jazz?
|

I haven't listened to Pink Floyd in forever, I'd forgotten how good that song is. But I've always thought Rick Wright was the best member of Pink Floyd, even if Broken China kind of sucked.

That sounds a lot like me.

I'll give it a listen tomorrow if I have the time, or Saturday if I don't.

Listening to non-Christmas music on Christmas Eve on the way home ftw.
Especially since I had to listen to Christmas music in the car ride home from relatives.

I'm listening to more of the Scary Solstice songs. They are great parodies of Christmas songs.
|
Never heard of it. I was in between The Fall of Troy's Doppelganger and Jingle All the Way by the Flecktones. I'm listening to the second one either after the first or tomorrow morning.

I guess I should get Led Bib, it did win the Mercury Prize and all. The funny thing is that I didn't see it on any jazz lists besides here. |
I thought they didn't win the prize, they were only nominated. But still get them.

Shoot, you're right, I was misreading. But even just the nomination seems to have changed their lives, so that's good.
I actually did get a Zorn CD from my parents, but they were nice and let me open it before Christmas. ;-)
