I will probably want some Jon Anderson song...
"Fading Lights" by Genesis comes to mind as well both sad and triumphant. People like Phil Collins.
But I think I would probably want a song that doesn't make everyone (whoever shows up ) cry but shows them what was closest to my musical heart.

I'm thinking about this:
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Dream Theater - The Spirit Carries On or whatever from Queen But remember, maybe death is further than we can imagine, but death is still here. And still will be here. So keep proggin' 'till the end :-)

For my wake (coffin lid up):
"A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers" by Van der Graaf Generator.
Whoever is looking at my body at the "I've seen the smiles on dead hands" part might feel the urge to examine my hands, just to make sure. . . .
And there's the "Would you cry if I died?" part for making those with dry eyes feel guilty. Ha, ha.
Seriously, though, I don't know what song I'd pick. I probably wouldn't choose this one because it would seem a little too creepy for the occasion. (And I definitely wouldn't want people to feel guilty for not crying.)

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd. It seems perfect. Time Flies would be another good choice, as well, although I don't think I'd pick it over Wish You Were Here. Actually, continuing the Pink Floyd vein, maybe Time would be a good choice... Or Brain Damage.
EDIT: I Talk To The Wind by King Crimson would be another good one for its peaceful, wistful style. Or the acoustic intro to Thick As A Brick by Jethro Tull.

I'd have to say several songs from Opeth's Damnation.
Death Whispered a Lullaby
Closure
Hope Leaves
To Rid the Disease
Closure
First of all, the songs are all of a dark mood quite fitting for a funeral. Secondly, the album title is fitting for what my family (devoutly religious) thinks will happen to me (devoutly non-religious). The song titles noted above couldn't be more funerary. And certain lyrical passages, not necessary the entire songs, but certain lines are quite aproppos:
"Sleep my child"
"Awaiting word on what's to come, in helpless prayers a hope lives on"
"There is a comfort in silence"
In all of progdom, I can't think of another 5 consecutive songs from a single album that would be more fitting for my funeral.
RIP me whenever that may be.
