Actually a better choice for me is Neal Morse's From the Cradle to the Grave

This is a hard one as there are so many I could choose.

Ok, three in particular would be:
 * David Gilmour - On An Island
 * Landmarq - Solitary Witness
 * Genesis - A Trick Of The Tail

Oh jeez. I hadn't thought about a funeral song but I do have a multi-hour long playlist that I want played in my hospital should I ever go into a persistent vegetative state. It's primarily composed of optimistic and hopeful songs with a tinge of bitterness. Then the final song is "Supper's Ready" and the plug gets pulled at the climax coinciding with the sunrise of the day (provided there isn't sufficient cloud cover to obscure the view of the sun).
We were told everyone should have a living will in one of my classes last semester so I had a bit of fun with it.

I don't care if this is a joke or not, this is easily the most epic thing I've read in quite some time. I got a chill down my spine thinking about the sun rising while hearing "a new Jerusaleeeeeemmm..." Embarrassed

Completely serious about it and I'm quite pleased with my living will.

Amarok by Mike Oldfield. I haven't listened to it yet, but I want people to appreciate and remember me DAMMIT!

Appreciation probably won't be one of the overwhelming feelings if you make everyone listen to Amarok although they'll definitely remember it.
Also, get Amarok. It should be at the top of your purchase queue. I cannot recommend it enough.
Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal.

Maybe King Crimson's Starless?  OK, so the second and third parts aren't really that appropriate to the situation, but hopefully the first part would have scared off most of the bystanders.

Nice choice.   Much more appropriate than my knee-jerk reaction for Yes.  (Ritual)

RE theOP: "Time Flies" is indeed an excelent choice. Clap

I would pick "In The Light" by Led Zeppelin, but there are also tons of other stuff that would qualify.
