The potatoes.
But I can imagine that the persons and the trains don't taste that good either... definitely not when they smell like potatoes.

I bet people taste better than potatoes (but I'm almost certain that potatoes taste better than trains).

It all depends on what parts of the human body. I think an eyeball or a moldy toenail would taste slightly worse than a potato, though I think the difference is very small.
