Someone's seriously relapsed due to not going to Overeaters Anonymous meetings smells of someone not being able to get into the clothes that they wore earlier in the week and now must resort into going to the local Wal*Mart for some cheap sweat pants.

An unwelcome yet inevitable encounter with "repairman's crack". smells of someones drain or sewage system that has backed up during the worst time only to find out to get it fixed is to have a part shipped in from Taiwan and that will take two weeks.
