Hey Vomp, I don't want to question your prog skills, mine are for sure much lower, I'm also aware of Dire Straits not being prog rock (and also not prog related), but isn't Telegraph Road quite proggy ? Or at least one of their most prog rock songs ? This song has everything (smile). I would appreciate Moon with its Dark Side somewhere, or colourful Any Colour You Like. And what about Lonely Road (Kansas) and place where Winter Wine grows (hehe). Well, nice map, very nice one, I'm probably going to make my own too. I also know just three names from this map, so I'm gonna research prog albums as well.

I don't really have any "prog skills", I just like to hang around here. Telegraph Road is a great song, and I agree that there's more prog in it than in most of their other songs. I suppose I was referring to the fact that Dire Straits have been suggested for prog-related (several times, I think) mainly because of Telegraph Road and a few other songs that are sort of proggy.

Wonderful map!
I feel no need right now to suggest what might be added (that may change later). For now, I'm just enjoying the view

So here's the deal, I with my prog girlfriend will make another map with a lot of places. You can suggest some of them, but I'm probably gonna go thru top100 albums here and choose those I like. She is a painter, or at least learns to paint. I can draw. And I've recently bough tablet, so I can draw something nice. I hope that Luca wouldn't mind my effort at all. And you're right Vomp, I had these Dire Straits = prog related thoughts on my mind too, when I was answering. We all have them, who saw numerous efforts of them being added here. I like them (but they have annoying songs as well), I also quite a like Metallica, but is it correct to add them just because we like them and we want them to be here just because of this reason ? I don't think so. They should be here because of progressivness. But "A Place Where Nothing Else Matters" could be on my map ;-)

Yeah, he had a great idea. I though about making wallpaper from covers, but it's not original as a lot of us did it too. But, this is, yeah, I must say that it pleased me. So first thing will probably be to get names, so here we go. This can take a lot of time.

Pleasure Dome is also in Xanadu's lyrics (Rush)

I would like this... There would also have to be a Blackwater Park, a Firth of Fifth, Jupiter Island, and of course, an orbiting Blank Planet!
