Technically, the Playing the Fool/Civilian combo, but I'm not a very big fan of any of the tracks from Civilian so I stop after Peel the Paint/I Lost My Head.

As for me, an album which I love ALMOST as much as that Iron Maiden one... this is my first spin of the vinyl copy I picked up not long ago:

Beautiful artwork. What is it?
It's an old Finnish "world jazz" band called Piirpauke. They're not in the archives yet, but here's some discussion about their possible addition: http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=56942

Simply brilliant.
With magic, you can turn a frog into a prince.
With science, you can turn a frog into a Ph.D. and you still have the frog you started with.

The MySpace page of "jazz rock" band Quartet Offensive. Just discovered them today. They seem not to be afraid to go to the "free jazz" corner.
