This thread is for making Engrish. For those who are unaware, that is bad English, usually translated from Japanese. For example, the All Your Base craze that at one point swept teh interwebz. To make it, go to Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/#) and type something in English. Then, translate that to another language, preferably Japanese, Chinese, or Korean. Then take the Asian language translation and translate THAT to English. What you get is a hilariously mistranslated shadow of what you made! I'll go first:
__________________________________________________

A werewolf attacked my beloved child while he was playing in the street, pretending to bomb small villages full of screaming young warrior hens and fantasizing about becoming a baseball player and assaulting a small child's balloon by hitting it as hard as he can with a flexible yet insane piece of warm, buttery, ground-down toast, forged in the infernal fires of infinite creation and hardened by the greatest of all samurai masters, including a hyperactive amphibious raider who occasionally takes a day off to sing ancient folk songs of death and holy conquests to his female child, who is planning to steal her daddy's monkey's guitar and use it to mug eight families on their yearly trip to the moon!

translates to:

WAURUFU He was playing in the streets, he will be hard to play baseball and a young fighter screaming chickens in a small village, in the press as well as flexible and can still, for raping a child's balloon bomb small enough fantasizing attack the child warm in the guise of my beloved, the earth of butter on toast, forged in the fire of hell in the creation of a general hardening of the greatest masters of all the warriors, when we sing ancient folk songs and sacred death and maybe take a vacation, is planning to steal a guitar in her dad's a monkey who works in the insane amphibian raider very active in August using a mug of children to travel home every year conquer their women!

yes, and you will be beaten by Robert Fripp's gigantic penis.

Anyway, long story short any thread that was remotely controversial, (and I mean in any way) got closed. If it was about politics, religion, drugs  it was inevitable from the start.
I remember once making a poll that asked, "how long before this is closed" LOL
Also, this one guy was in bad with the admins, his threads were doomed from the start.

Who knows though, the site seems more lax now.

But while this thread is here....reminds me of a tall tale my brother and I made once.

It involved George W Bush, his chinese delivery boy Low Ammo, (pronounced l-ow ammow) and it somehow ends up with Bush winning a nobel peace prize. LOL
It's silly alright.

er....I meant It's sirry arright

This a quote from pulp fiction

Before:

The way your dad looked at it, this watch was your birthright. He'd be damned if any slopes gonna put their greasy yellow hands on his boy's birthright, so he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years, he wore this watch up his ass. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable piece of metal up my ass for two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the watch to you.

After:

Look like a father, this clock has been important to you. If the slope of the importance of his cursed boy, yeah, he is hiding something: I know that my butt fat yellow one and I'll put a hand to hide the location of . Five long years, his wisdom, he wore a watch. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me to see. I have hid this uncomfortable part of the metal on the bottom of my year. Then, seven years later, I sent my family home. And now, little man, I'm watching you.

I nearly fell off my chair when I translated this back to English from Japan.

Does anybody recognize the prog classic that opens with these words?:

"The stigma experienced Witch dephts your phone and may be from the liver to sort Mina Megumu strong mentally."

LOL

Here's a longer one from the same band:

"High vibration go! The sun is a dream of my heart ... Oh man I have in the past, I am here? Our sun is reaching out to stand by our own touch. As a society, all in the past, you can here. Work of the man set to go live in history, the flowers of fruit trees in his reregaining. Awakening. Restore. The man in his blindness enkindle cry from the work of the fire has promised that a warm up to see him clearly in his own. Processed for re-release of the inhibitory drive from the path of the people, for you all, all for you, for you all, there is still left to nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow"

Better than the original! Big smile

This is from a Marillion song:

We will sort the puzzle pieces on the edge of the boundary
The missing piece of work
Our children are not following the renaissance of the bridge .........
forever throwing firebrands at the stonework
Syamhaneun our children in mind
Blood in the operation of the initial confrontation
Holding the word scalpels on trembling lips

We did the same game on a French forum about adult comic books. We noticed a few comic books written in broken French filled with some Italian idiomatisms. Soon, we talked about "polonium translation".
A few weeks ago, we started to translate some extracts from classic French novels in polonium: we could barely recognize which novels were "translated".

And as much as stick his hand lubrication, assaulted him, demanding Hamas and Israel, for his lubricating cup to use his girlfriend along the way, the bulk of the back was not a forced kiss Emersons may be large.

Gentle Giant's "On reflection" actually sounds a bit dirty in engrish:

I like to use you and I, I really think that the abuse
The reflection is not important now:
Can be said to need me more than anyone else how your
Now you can say to end it:
It is my action, it is my calling, I explained exactly the falling
You can also have different ways of life:
The same time, I saw that this could take me all the time
As I was coming, I tried to remember you:
   Stay still
   Tied to your
   Changing times
   Look at the signs of

method:
You want all of you to please see I did what I thought
Now:
In reflection, the reader will need to change my ways
All in all around

this is fantastic!LOL

These are the lyrics from Pink Floyd's Time, awesome translation:

Original:
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town Waiting for someone or something to show you the way Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today And then one day you find ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun And you run and you run to catch up with the sun, but its sinking And racing around to come up behind you again The sun is the same in the relative way, but youre older Shorter of breath and one day closer to death Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines Hanging on in quiet desperation is the english way The time is gone, the song is over, thought Id something more to say Home, home again I like to be here when I can And when I come home cold and tired Its good to warm my bones beside the fire Far away across the field The tolling of the iron bell Calls the faithful to their knees To hear the softly spoken magic spells.

Translated:
At that moment, after hours of making a boring
How to get off and you fritter, waste time
Some of the ground kicking around your home town
Show how to make a stand or something

Sunlight, fatigue and stay at home to see the lie in the rain
You are young, and the length of life, it's time to kill you today
Also, after the discovery of 10 You have a 1 year
If you told me to run and everyone is missing gun minimum

When you run, you run to catch up with the sun, sinking
Back again to race around town
The sun is relatively the same, youre old
Closer to the short day of life and death

Shorter every year, seems to find time
One of the plan, half of the page and scribble a line to be invalid or
Hanging is the English way of thinking in quiet desperation
At the time, this song is, ID is considered something to say and

Home, home again
If I can be like this
Come home tired and cold
The bones of a good warm yourself by the fire that
In the distance, the field
Toe ring of the iron bell
Calls to its knees, the faithful
The spells, please listen to the gentle story.
